What we collect

When you send a brief through the "Start a project" form we keep what you typed: your name, email, business name, what you need, your budget and your timeline. We also keep the date it arrived and a short record of your browser type, to help us spot spam.

What we use it for

Only to read your brief, reply to you and prepare your quote. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

On Kraftvane's own server. When a brief arrives we send ourselves a short notice through a private messaging channel so we can reply quickly.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client we delete your brief within 12 months. If you do, we keep it for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires for business records.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Reply to any email from us, or send a brief saying so.
