FAQ

Questions people ask first

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The price in your approved quote is the price you pay. If you later ask for something that wasn't in the scope, we quote that separately and you decide. Nothing is ever added to your bill without your yes.

Who owns the website or app?

You do. The domain, hosting, code, content and accounts are set up in your name and handed over at launch. You're never locked in to us.

What do I need to have ready?

Your business name, what you sell, and any logo, photos or text you already have. If you don't have them, tell us in the brief and we'll include writing and placeholder imagery in the quote.

How does payment work?

50% when you approve the quote, 50% when you approve the finished work, before it goes live. Both are invoiced. Prices are in US dollars.

What are the ongoing costs?

Only the services your project runs on, such as hosting, a domain, or booking, payment and AI providers. These are listed in your quote with their real prices and billed to you by the provider. A simple site often costs under $20 a month to run.

What if I want changes after launch?

Each package includes rounds of changes before launch, and the Business and Custom packages include 30 days of fixes after it. Later changes are quoted at a fixed price, the same way as the original work.

Can you redo the website I already have?

Yes. Put the address in your brief and we'll quote a rebuild, keeping your domain and anything worth keeping.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Yes. Everything is done remotely, by email and preview links, so we can work with you wherever you are.
